We operate on a normal 4-8 week turnaround time for most custom orders and out of stock items. For any complex or highly specialized piece, turn around times may be longer; call for details.

Custom orders of any type may:
-- Require a 30% deposit.
-- The balance on Custom Orders is due upon shipping/receipt of the order.

Custom Order Process
Ordering a custom designed piece starts with an email, phone call, or a visit when we discuss the type, stones, metal and anything else important to you. Next is the design phase where a drawing can be produced and approved, along with price and delivery schedule

Please Note:
We are custom designers. We only make jewelry based on our own designs.

Please do not ask us to copy or reproduce another jeweler's designs, to make jewelry based on another jeweler's designs, or to work from a photo. We are very pleased to work with you to create a new unique design in our own style.
